The 32-year-old bride married musician Justin Acee in Sun Valley, Idaho, on 8 August, wearing an ivory couture creation designed by Balenciaga creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli. 'It was [a] beautiful, black, super simple sheath, but it had that really sculptural Balenciaga [neckline],' Tallulah mentioned.
She eventually asked for a similar sense of structure in her own gown, explaining: 'Wouldn't it be so beautiful to have no necklace and nothing up here, but just the shape?'
That detail became a defining feature of the ivory wedding dress, creating a subtle but meaningful link to her mother's red-carpet style.
712 Hours of Balenciaga Craftsmanship
The finished gown was every bit as intricate as its inspiration was personal.
According to a media outlet, Tallulah's custom Balenciaga wedding dress required 712 hours of work, including 405 hours of construction and atelier alterations. The veil took another nine hours to complete.
The hand-embroidered design combined an elegant ivory silhouette with a dramatic train, while delicate craftsmanship added texture and detail to the otherwise refined gown.
Tallulah wanted the finished piece to feel magical without looking predictable. 'My biggest hope for the dress was that it would be something magical, but magical in a way that was unexpected, kind of like me,' she said.

From Etsy Dresses to Balenciaga Couture
The path to the finished gown was also considerably less glamorous at first.
Tallulah had apparently considered much more accessible wedding-dress options, with her sister Scout Willis recalling that she had been sending her Etsy dresses just months before the final fitting.
'From Etsy to Balenciaga couture—that's a moment. Who would have thought?' Scout joked during the preparations.
That transformation adds another layer to the story. What began with browsing wedding dresses online eventually became a bespoke couture creation from one of fashion's most prestigious houses.
For Piccioli, the project was also significant as one of his early bridal designs after taking over as Balenciaga's creative director.
Demi Moore's Emotional Dress Fitting
Demi offered fans a glimpse of the gown before Tallulah's wedding, sharing photographs from the fitting on Instagram on 11 August.
The images showed the actress helping her youngest daughter with the cathedral-length tulle veil and adjusting the dramatic train. Tallulah's sisters, Rumer and Scout, were also present, making the fitting an intimate family occasion.
Moore described the experience as a treasured memory, writing that the moments leading up to Tallulah's wedding were 'forever etched in my heart'.
She also thanked Piccioli for designing the dress and 'making my sweet girl's dreams come true'.
The photographs captured Moore watching Tallulah in the completed gown, adding an emotional dimension to what was already a major fashion moment.
