Palvin appeared as the first-ever guest, discussing everything from her teenage modelling days to marrying Dylan and pregnancy amid endometriosis. It wasn't long before the conversation turned into a subtle yet impactful gender reveal that no one saw coming.
'Yeah, we've been calling her principessa (princess)', Sprouse shared, disclosing the baby's adorable Italian nickname seconds after dropping a pink news bomb.
