Taylor Swift's Free People denim skort, a Nordstrom-exclusive Coach crossbody and a Reformation floral dress are among the celebrity-connected fashion buys expected to attract heavy demand during the 2026 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Early access began for selected US cardmembers on 14 July, giving thousands of shoppers several days to secure the strongest deals before the event opens to everyone on 18 July.

The sale runs online and in Nordstrom stores until 9 August, offering reduced prices on new-season fashion before products return to their higher listed prices. Nordstrom has warned shoppers through its official sale page that its best deals can move quickly, while several standout listings are already displaying high viewer activity during the cardmember-only period.

Taylor Swift's Denim Skort Could Move Fast

One of the clearest celebrity fashion deals is Free People's Emmy Denim Skort, which Taylor Swift wore during a 2023 outing in New York City. The 'Midnights' singer styled the light-wash wrap skort with a white eyelet blouse and Mary Jane loafers while visiting Electric Lady Studios, prompting searches for the accessible summer piece.

Nordstrom has reduced the skort from its $88 post-sale price to $39.99, cutting the cost by more than half. Its combination of a recognisable celebrity sighting, a sub-$40 price and an easy summer silhouette makes it one of the most vulnerable items to size shortages once public access begins.

Free People's Pippa packable puffer is another celebrity-connected style in the wider Anniversary Sale selection. Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale has previously worn a version of the lightweight jacket, which folds into itself for travel and has become one of the label's recurring outerwear staples. The brand's combination of celebrity exposure and comparatively accessible pricing has made its Anniversary Sale section a likely first stop for shoppers.

Coach and Reformation Bring A-List Appeal

The Nordstrom-exclusive Coach Pebbled Crossbody Bag is priced at $229.99 during the sale, compared with an after-sale price of $395. The leather bag is available in chalk, amber brown, muted olive, poppy and black, although Nordstrom's product page showed more than 900 people viewing the listing during early access.

Coach has returned to celebrity wardrobes in recent years, with stars including Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid carrying the American label's bags. Although the Anniversary Sale crossbody is not presented as one of their exact styles, its curved flap, turn-lock fastening and removable straps offer entry into the broader Coach look at a $165 discount.

Reformation's Bryson Floral Midi Dress is another potential sell-out, dropping from $248 to $172.99. The fitted floral design sits within a brand wardrobe repeatedly worn by celebrities including Olivia Rodrigo, whose appearances in Reformation have helped keep the label connected to younger shoppers seeking polished dresses without full luxury pricing.

Barrel Jeans and Handbags Face Early Competition

Frame's sculptural barrel-leg jeans could also attract shoppers following the continued celebrity embrace of curved denim. Nordstrom's sale selection includes the Twisted Seam Bow High-Waist Barrel Leg Jeans for $218.99, with twisted seams, a faded wash and regenerative cotton construction creating a more exaggerated alternative to standard straight-leg denim.

The Coach bag, Free People skort and Reformation dress have the strongest immediate sell-out case because each combines a recognisable label with a substantial temporary markdown. Icon cardmembers began shopping on 14 July, Ambassadors gained access on 15 July and Influencer-tier members enter on 16 July, leaving public shoppers behind several waves of demand.

When the Anniversary Sale opens to everyone at 12.01am Eastern Time on 18 July, availability may therefore matter as much as price. Shoppers can add preview products to their wish lists before public access, but colour and size options are not reserved, making the most searched celebrity-linked pieces the ones most likely to disappear first.
