Bling Empire star Christine Chiu has relisted her Los Angeles home for $11,995,000 (approximately £8.9 million) after the property was previously offered for $13.8 million (£10.2 million) in January 2025. The six-bedroom estate, located in the Hancock Park neighbourhood, returned to the market in October 2026 following its removal from sale in July 2025.

The 9,050-square-foot property is shared by Chiu, her husband, Gabriel Chiu, and their eight-year-old son, Gabriel Chiu III. The family home features 10 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a private guest pavilion, a home theatre and several outdoor entertainment areas.

The latest asking price represents a $1.8 million (£1.3 million) reduction from its previous listing price. However, this is a change in the property's advertised price rather than a confirmed financial loss, as no completed sale at the earlier figure has been reported.

Christine Chiu Relists LA Home

Chiu purchased the Hancock Park property for $8.3 million (£6.5 million) in 2019, according to property records. The home was subsequently listed for $13.8 million in January 2025 before being withdrawn from the market in July that year. The property is now being marketed for $11,995,000, with Compass agents Ginger Glass and Alexandra Glass handling the listing.

The difference between the two asking prices is $1.8 million, or approximately 13 per cent of the original asking price. The new figure remains above the $8.3 million purchase price reported for 2019, although the eventual financial outcome will depend on the final sale price and any associated costs. The listing also includes designer furnishings in the asking price, according to the property details.

Inside the Six-Bedroom Hancock Park Estate

The 9,050-square-foot residence combines spacious indoor living areas with extensive outdoor amenities. A grand staircase leads from the entrance to the main living spaces, while a mahogany-accented dining room seats up to 10 people.

The living room includes a fireplace, and the kitchen features a marble-topped island with barstool seating. The kitchen connects to a separate dining area with access to the outdoor spaces, as well as a family room designed for everyday use and entertaining.

The primary bedroom has a private terrace overlooking downtown Los Angeles. Its en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub and a separate shower, with additional access to a terrace. The property's layout and features form part of its current luxury real estate offering in Hancock Park, an established Los Angeles neighbourhood.

Poolside Pavilion and Outdoor Entertainment Features

The estate's outdoor facilities include a swimming pool surrounded by lounging and dining areas. A separate poolside guest pavilion measures about 1,800 square feet, offering additional space separate from the main residence.

Other amenities listed for the property include a home theatre, a gym and a playroom. The home also has a two-car garage, alongside additional parking space for up to eight vehicles, according to the listing details.

The outdoor living terrace features a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven, a grill station and a bar. The grounds also include a mini-golf and putting area, as well as a fruit and vegetable garden. These features are included in the property's current marketing as part of the $11,995,000 offering.

What the Price Reduction Means

The latest listing represents a $1.8 million decrease from the property's previous asking price, but it does not confirm a financial loss for Chiu and her family. The home was not reported to have sold at $13.8 million, making that figure a previous asking price.

While the current $11,995,000 asking price exceeds the reported $8.3 million purchase price in 2019, the difference does not represent confirmed profit. The final financial outcome will depend on the eventual sale price and any costs associated with owning and selling the property.
