Kylie Jenner made a surprise appearance at the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Sunday, 18 October, wearing the brand's famous Fantasy Bra. The reality star and beauty mogul made her runway debut for the lingerie brand in a diamond-covered design featuring a centre stone valued at $22 million (£16.4 million).

Held in Los Angeles, the show marked the return of the Fantasy Bra after eight years away from the runway. Jenner's appearance brought fresh attention to the famous piece, which combines fine jewellery with the bold style of the Victoria's Secret Angels.

A Surprise Runway Debut

Jenner surprised fans when she appeared on the runway in the sparkling bra and matching silver bottoms. She added a white mini skirt, clear heels and large white feather wings to complete the look. The outfit gave her the classic Victoria's Secret Angel style while keeping the focus on the diamond-covered design.

The 29-year-old wore a piece created in partnership with luxury jewellery brand Jacob & Co. and Victoria's Secret. The design features diamonds in different shapes and sizes, including the brand's own Angel-Cut stones. Each part was made to catch the light as Jenner moved across the runway.

Her appearance was a major moment for the beauty mogul, who has built a name in fashion and beauty through her own brands. While her sister Kendall Jenner has walked in past Victoria's Secret shows, Kylie had not made her runway debut for the lingerie brand until this year. Her first appearance also came as the show brought back one of its most famous designs.

Inside the £16.4 Million Diamond

The centre diamond in the 2026 Fantasy Bra is valued at $22 million, making it the main feature of the design. The full piece has been reported to be worth $50 million (£37.5 million), although the centre stone's value is separate from the reported price of the complete bra. Victoria's Secret worked with Jacob & Co. to create the piece for the show's return.

The bra was inspired by Jacob & Co.'s Rare Touch jewellery collection, which explores how precious metal can move with the body like fabric. The design uses flexible structures that follow the body's shape instead of sitting stiffly against it. This helped the team create a piece that looks like fine jewellery while still moving like lingerie.

The work behind the design was just as striking as its price. The bra contains 4,410 natural diamonds, including a 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond, and weighs about four pounds. Around 15 craftspeople spent 1,000 hours making the piece, according to details shared about its creation.

Chalamet Cheers From Front Row

Jenner had support from her family and boyfriend during her runway debut. Her mother, Kris Jenner, and actor Timothée Chalamet were seen cheering for her from the audience. Their reactions added a personal moment to the star-filled fashion show.

Chalamet's presence drew attention because the actor is often seen supporting Jenner at major events. The couple has kept much of their relationship private, making public moments like this a point of interest for fans. His reaction also gave viewers another moment to talk about after the show.

Kris Jenner was also among those celebrating the beauty mogul's appearance. The moment showed the family's support as Kylie took on a new role at one of fashion's biggest events. With her first Victoria's Secret runway walk, Jenner added another milestone to her public career.

Fantasy Bra Returns After Eight Years

The 2026 show marked the first time the Fantasy Bra had appeared on the Victoria's Secret runway since 2018. Swedish model Elsa Hosk wore the last runway version, which was valued at $1 million (around £750,000) and featured more than 2,100 Swarovski crystals. The return brought back a tradition that had been missing from the show for years.

The Fantasy Bra first appeared in 1996, when German model Claudia Schiffer wore the original design. Over the years, other well-known models, including Heidi Klum, Gisele Bündchen and Adriana Lima, have worn versions of the famous bra. Some designs became major talking points because of their high prices and detailed jewellery work.

Jenner's appearance gave the tradition a new chapter while bringing the design back into the spotlight. The reported $50 million value of the full 2026 piece places it among the most costly Fantasy Bra designs to date. Its return also gave fans a fresh look at one of Victoria's Secret's best-known fashion traditions.
