Megan Fox has spent years battling rumours about what she has and has not done to her face and body. Now, the actress is pulling back the curtain, firmly denying some of the most talked-about cosmetic procedures linked to her name.
In a candid discussion, Fox revealed she has never had a facelift, brow lift, thread lift, body contouring procedure or Brazilian Butt Lift. While she confirmed undergoing breast augmentation and later revisions, she said concerns about painful recoveries and her body's reaction to general anaesthesia have kept many other procedures off the table.
Why Megan Fox Avoids Certain Cosmetic Procedures
Fox firmly denied undergoing many of the facial procedures frequently discussed online. She said she has never had a facelift, a mid-face lift, a lateral brow lift, thread lifts or buccal fat removal. Although she admitted she has looked into some treatments, she said she remains unconvinced by their results.
'I've never had a facelift of any kind, so no mid-face lift, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one.'

Fox also explained that she has researched thread lifts but does not believe they work well enough to justify the procedure. She added that she worries threads could complicate matters if she chooses to have a facelift later in life.
The Risks Fox Won't Ignore
The actress did confirm having breast augmentation in her early twenties and said she later underwent additional procedures after having children.

According to Fox, she first had her breasts done when she was around 21 or 22 years old. She later had them redone after breastfeeding and again more recently.
'I don't like surgery. My body does not react well to general anaesthesia, and so when I go to have a surgery it's a very big deal.'

Fox also ruled out procedures such as body contouring and the Brazilian Butt Lift, commonly known as a BBL. She described the recovery process as intense and said she has no interest in undergoing such a lengthy procedure.
From Hollywood Breakthrough to Global Star
Fox first rose to worldwide fame after starring in the blockbuster film Transformers alongside Shia LaBeouf. Her role as Mikaela Banes helped turn her into one of Hollywood's most recognisable stars.
Since then, she has appeared in films including Jennifer's Body, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and its sequel. Beyond acting, Fox has remained a major figure in fashion, beauty and celebrity culture, with millions following her style and public appearances.
Her comments on cosmetic procedures have attracted attention partly because discussions about celebrity appearances have become increasingly common across social media platforms.
Celebrity Cosmetic Surgery Remains a Growing Topic
In recent years, more celebrities have spoken openly about cosmetic enhancements, while others have chosen to deny rumours surrounding their appearance.
The rise of social media has fuelled public fascination with cosmetic surgery, with fans frequently analysing before-and-after photos of actors, musicians and influencers. Procedures such as fillers, facelifts, body contouring and BBLs have become regular topics of online debate.

Fox's remarks stand out because they offer a rare, detailed response to years of speculation. Rather than avoiding the conversation, she drew a clear line between procedures she has undergone and those she says she has never had, while explaining that concerns about surgery and anaesthesia continue to shape her decisions.
