The appearance was the latest in a busy run of public engagements for Hathaway, who has continued attending premieres, fashion events and promotional appearances during her pregnancy.
The steady stream of photographs has prompted some social-media users to joke that Hathaway's pregnancy has seemed to stretch on far longer than the calendar suggests.
