Most people would probably panic if their gown started slipping off halfway through a major fashion event. Eden Masliah arrived at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show looking like hers already had, and that was exactly the point.
The 22-year-old content creator attended the 2026 show in a deconstructed Fancì Club look that turned a potential wardrobe nightmare into the entire outfit. Masliah paired a black bra with a sheer grey layer that appeared to be slipping down her body before the look dropped into a voluminous dark ballgown skirt below.
The Dress Was Supposed To Look Undone
There was a lot more holding the outfit together than first met the eye. Masliah herself called it an 'invisible falling apart gown' while getting ready for the show. 'You're probably like, "What the f*ck does that even mean?"' she joked before putting it on. 'This is what it means. Let's put this on and pray.'
The sheer layer hugged her body like a dress caught mid-fall after fulfilling its duty, with visible boning and loose straps hanging around her hips. Masliah wore tights underneath, joking that otherwise 'it would've been full booty.'
The final surprise was underneath. 'My underwear has Swarovski crystal angel wings on them,' she revealed, giving Victoria's Secret's famous wings a less conspicuous place to land.
Long black gloves came next because, as Masliah put it, they were 'really just gonna take it over the top.' She finished everything with classic Ray-Ban sunglasses and a black purse, looking like the most confident wardrobe malfunction the red carpet has ever seen.
Masliah's First Victoria's Secret Fashion Show
The outfit may have looked fearless, but its wearer admitted she was nervous. Masliah said she was having 'cold sweats' ahead of her first Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, where she would also be walking the pink carpet alone. 'Send me your prayers, guys,' she said before heading out of her hotel room.
Fancì Club did not stumble into the undone effect by accident. The Vietnamese label sells a black deconstructed evening dress called the 'Hanging by a Thread Gown', which plays the same trick with exposed bra structure, fine mesh, boning, and lace-up details.
The brand describes that design as an 'un-dressing' gown. Looking like your dress might lose its battle with gravity is very much a style preference now.
Fancì Club Has Made Deconstruction Its Thing
Founded in 2018, Fancì Club is known for taking clothes apart almost as enthusiastically as it puts them together. The brand specialises in handmade designs, with sheer fabrics, corsetry, and deliberately unfinished-looking construction. Its pieces have also found other famous fans over the years, including Bella Hadid and Olivia Rodrigo.
Masliah's Victoria's Secret outfit may have looked one tug away from disaster, but that was the trick. For once, avoiding a wardrobe malfunction would have ruined the dress.
