Most people dress for a long-haul flight with comfort in mind. SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan apparently looked at the prospect of several hours in the air and decided it was the perfect occasion for head-to-toe Givenchy. Leather for a flight from South Korea to France? That's obviously the only plausible way to travel to Paris Fashion Week.

The K-pop star was spotted at Incheon International Airport on Wednesday, 30 September, departing for Paris to attend Givenchy's Fashion Week schedule. Dressed in a dark, relaxed leather-look ensemble from the French fashion house, Jeonghan looked like someone who decided that a flight and a runway were synonymous.

Sure, leather might not be everyone's idea of comfortable travel attire, but the singer's oversized silhouette made a persuasive case for loosening up the material's traditionally fitted reputation. From wide-leg trousers to the autumn-ready palette, Jeonghan managed to make airport dressing look like an extension of the catwalk.

Jeonghan Gives the Leather Look Some Serious Air Miles

Jeonghan wore a dark, loose-fitting shirt with a relaxed collar and long sleeves, paired with matching wide-leg trousers that pooled over his shoes. The outfit's comfortable proportions softened the effect of the leather-look material, giving the ensemble an almost pyjama-like ease despite its polished finish.

The silhouette closely resembled a look from Givenchy's Spring 2027 menswear collection, as identified by fashion account @jhhj_fashion, which shared a side-by-side comparison of Jeonghan's airport outfit and the runway styling.

The resident 'evil twin' of SEVENTEEN completed the look with Givenchy's Voyou bucket bag in shiny leather and their Puffy Yard sneakers in nappa leather, according to the same outfit analysis. The bag's slouchy shape complemented the relaxed tailoring, while the low-profile trainers kept the look walking within unspoken practical airport dressing rules.

On top of the fit and texture, the deep brown-black palette also felt appropriate for autumn, when darker tones and rich textures tend to return to the wardrobe rotation. If there's one thing Jeonghan fully masters in the field of fashion, it's that making an entrance doesn't necessarily require an elaborate outfit. Sometimes, all it takes is a very good pair of trousers and a boarding pass.

Fans Are Ready for Jeonghan's Fashion Week Return

As his internet footprint goes to show, fans (CARATs) did not wait to celebrate Jeonghan's departure for Paris, particularly those who had been waiting to see him return to the international fashion circuit.

'FINALLY AFTER 2 YEARS😭,' one fan commented beneath a post documenting his airport appearance. Another CARAT offered a review that bypassed the couture and went straight for the face card: 'SOOOO HANDSOMEEE'.

His Parisian trip also comes as fans anticipate more music from SEVENTEEN. Jeonghan and fellow SEVENTEEN member Joshua are preparing for a subunit release this month and an international tour, giving CARATs another reason to keep an eye on the pair's upcoming activities.

Fans with 20/20 vision for spotting idols noticed that Jeonghan was not the only K-pop star generating airport buzz. MONSTA X's Hyungwon was reportedly also among the idols spotted at Incheon around the same period, prompting fans to discuss the two friends' overlapping fashion schedules.

From Incheon to Paris, the Runway Starts Early

Leather never really had a great reputation in the sky, but Jeonghan's styling demonstrates how much difference a silhouette can make. Rather than relying on the restrictive proportions often associated with traditional leather fashion, he chose loose layers that appeared easy to move in without compromising on style.

The finished outfit balanced the visual drama of luxury menswear with the laid-back appeal of travel clothes. Jeonghan may have been travelling to see the runway, but he clearly had no intention of waiting until Paris to walk one.
