Gwyneth Paltrow's son Moses Martin has offered the first public glimpse into his love life after sharing affectionate photos of his girlfriend Campbell Fealy on social media for the first time.

The 20-year-old Brown University student surprised followers when he posted two Instagram Stories celebrating Campbell's 21st birthday, marking a rare personal moment from the son of Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Rather than making a formal announcement, Moses allowed the images and messages to reveal the relationship. In one photograph, the couple appeared coordinated in navy jackets and jeans, with Moses wrapping an arm around Campbell as they posed together.

He captioned the image, 'Favorite person's Birthday.'

A second post showed Campbell enjoying a beach outing while playfully wearing two pairs of sunglasses. Moses added a more emotional message alongside the image, writing, 'I love you big time.'

The simple birthday tribute quickly drew attention because Moses has traditionally kept his personal life away from public discussion. His decision to share such an intimate moment gave followers a rare insight into the young man behind one of entertainment's most recognisable family names.

Campbell Fealy Revealed as Brown University Student

A report identified Campbell Fealy as Moses' girlfriend, noting that the pair were connected through their shared experience at Brown University. Campbell recently began her studies at the Ivy League institution, where Moses is entering his second year.

Beyond her relationship with Moses, Campbell has developed an impressive background in athletics, academics, and fashion.

She is the daughter of Dr. Stephen Fealy, an orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist who serves as a consultant to the Major League Baseball Players Association. Before building his medical career, he also played baseball at Columbia University.

Campbell's mother, Kristen Gesswein Fealy, is known for teaching mah jongg, while Campbell has two brothers, including her twin brother James.

Before joining Brown, Campbell attended Middlebury College in Vermont, where she competed in varsity track and field. Her interests have also extended into the fashion industry, with experience gained through a public relations internship at Balenciaga's New York office.

The luxury fashion placement gave Campbell insight into the world of high-end design and branding, adding another link between her interests and the creative environment Moses has recently entered.

Moses Martin Steps Further Into Fashion World With Burberry Campaign

Moses has also begun developing a profile in fashion, making his modelling debut in Burberry's 'Escape to the Countryside' autumn campaign earlier in July.

The British luxury fashion house's campaign follows a group of friends on a countryside road trip inspired by Burberry's outdoor heritage. Moses appeared alongside established models including Edie Campbell, Nora Attal and Sang Woo Kim.

The campaign marked one of Moses' biggest steps into the fashion industry, adding another dimension to his public presence beyond his family background.

There is also an unexpected connection between Campbell's family interests and Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle brand Goop. Campbell's mother's work teaching mah jongg links with Goop's previous holiday gift guide, which featured a luxury Hermès mah jongg set.

As Moses and Campbell continue their university years, the couple appear to be balancing their relationship while pursuing their own ambitions.

The Instagram birthday posts may have been a small personal gesture, but they represented a significant moment for Moses, introducing a new person in his life while revealing a side of himself rarely seen by the public.

Now stepping into adulthood, he is gradually becoming known not only through his famous parents, but through his own choices, interests and growing presence in fashion and culture.
