Jakarta Concert's Festival-Area Rules?
Ticket guidance published before the show set some limits. Visitors under 14, anyone under 1.4 metres tall, pregnant women, and people with disabilities were not permitted in the standing Festival area, for safety reasons.

No comment from JIS management, TEM Presents, or the security team has been reported on how the shove happened, whether stewards were nearby, or whether the incident was looked at afterward.
