Supporters gathered in downtown Miami near the Federal Detention Center as the brothers' lawyers fight to have them released from custody. Footage shared on X showed protesters exercising while supporters chanted for Tate's release. Tate Brothers Remain In Custody
Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested by the US Marshals Service on 18 July after British authorities sought their extradition. The Crown Prosecution Service said Andrew faces further charges including seven counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and offences relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. Tristan faces further charges including rape, sexual assault and arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.
The CPS said the latest charging decisions bring the number of alleged victims in the UK case to seven, with alleged offences dating between July 2010 and August 2017. The brothers deny wrongdoing and are contesting extradition, while legal proceedings remain active. Their next detention hearing is scheduled for 27 August after an earlier hearing was postponed.
The protesters outside the Miami detention centre may have intended their push-ups as a public demonstration of loyalty to Tate and the masculinity-focused movement around him.
