The X user also pointed to references to Stamford, Connecticut, and the University of Rhode Island, where Owens studied. The 429 Theory Became a Key Part of the Claims
A major part of the online theory centres on '429', which the X user said referred to Owens' 29 April birthday. The account also pointed to 'Candamo429' as the name of a 2008 YouTube account it claimed was connected to Owens and her time at university.
