The allegations were made in new court documents, where Diamond described what she said was a pattern of disturbing behaviour whenever she began dating other men after their relationship ended. Diamond Makes Serious Claims
According to court documents reported by TMZ, Diamond alleged that Chris Brown made death threats against her most recent boyfriend and continued making threats against both the man and his twin brother.

'I understand that he has also had third parties make threats,' Diamond said in the filing, claiming that people other than Brown had also allegedly become involved in the situation. The allegations have not been proven in court, and Brown's legal team has denied the harassment claims.
Diamond said she believes the alleged behaviour has happened before, claiming that Brown acted in a similar way when she began seeing another man about two years ago after their relationship ended. She alleged that both relationships eventually ended because of what she described as harassment connected to Brown.

Diamond has previously sought legal and physical custody of their daughter while proposing that Brown receive visitation rights, while Brown later asked for joint legal and physical custody, according to court documents reported by TMZ.
