Francesca Farago is pushing back after facing a fresh wave of comments about her appearance and noticeable weight loss following the birth of her twins. The Too Hot to Handle alum, 32, recently responded to the scrutiny with a candid TikTok showing her playing with her almost 2-year-old twins Locket and Poetry.
She wrote: 'The baddest b!tches don't comment on other women's bodies. Esp those that are postpartum.'
Commenters have been questioning her use of the word 'postpartum', while others accused her of promoting or hiding an eating disorder (ED). Farago has never said that she has an eating disorder and there is no confirmed evidence supporting those claims.
'Her Body Looks Like a Stick Bug'
The comments aimed at Farago were anything but subtle. Some accused her of 'weaponising postpartum' to hide her eating disorder. Another bluntly declared: 'Queen you're no longer postpartum.'
Others focused on how different they thought she looked, with one person admitting: 'WOAH. I did NOT recognise her in the recent pic.' Another said: 'Her body looks like a stick bug and it's freaking me out.'
Some comments also dragged the controversial weight-loss medications into the conversation. One user wrote: 'Why do all of these women with ED and GLP1 abuse have the same weird diaper look?'
But the reaction wasn't universally negative. Several people came to Farago's defence, arguing that strangers have no business analysing a woman's body—especially after pregnancy.
'People are bitter and rude,' one supporter wrote, praising Farago as an 'amazing woman.' Another pushed back at the idea that Farago could no longer call herself postpartum, describing that attitude as 'disrespectful'.
A third supportive commenter said: 'Everyone's overweight or anorexic, according to the internet. How miserable of them.' They also reminded her that she had 'two beautiful babies' and that they should stay healthy and happy.

Is She Still Considered Postpartum?
Farago welcomed her twins with fiancé Jesse Sullivan in November 2024. Their son Locket was born first, followed by their daughter Poetry just two minutes later. So, as of this August, Farago gave birth around 21 months ago.
In clinical terms, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) describes the postpartum period as the 12 weeks following birth. However, it also stresses that postpartum care should be treated as an ongoing process tailored to each woman's individual recovery, rather than as a single appointment or rigid deadline.
That distinction helps explain why people are arguing over the terminology. Farago is well beyond the 12-week clinical period, but that does not mean every physical or emotional change associated with pregnancy and motherhood suddenly disappears.
Who Is Francesca Farago?
Farago became widely known after appearing on Netflix's Too Hot to Handle in 2020, quickly becoming one of the show's most recognisable personalities. She later appeared in other Netflix reality franchises, including Perfect Match, while building a substantial following online.
These days, her content goes far beyond reality TV. Farago regularly shares fashion, beauty, lifestyle and family posts with her followers. That means her appearance and personal life are often part of the conversation whether she invites that scrutiny or not.
She shares her twins with TikTok creator Jesse Sullivan, with whom she is engaged. The couple documented their journey to parenthood, including IVF, before welcoming their babies in November 2024. Sullivan is also a parent to older daughter Arlo from a previous relationship.
