The NFL star recently opened up about his surprise appearance in the singer's music video, revealing that he brought his daughters along to watch the production unfold. What began as a celebrity cameo turned into a family experience that Stafford believes his girls will remember for years.
Speaking on the SiriusXM podcast Let's Go!, Stafford praised Swift's work behind the camera and the kindness she has shown his family. 'She's been amazing to get to know, and obviously amazing to my wife and my girls,' he said, according to PEOPLE's report published on 29 September. Stafford and his wife, Kelly, share four daughters: nine-year-old twins Sawyer and Chandler, Hunter, eight, and Tyler, six. All four accompanied their father to the 'Patient Zero' set, where they had the opportunity to see what goes into making a Taylor Swift music video.
'My girls were there on the set, got to see how all that was done and how she kind of carries herself, which is unbelievable,' Stafford said during the podcast episode released on Monday, 28 September.
He described watching Swift handle multiple responsibilities throughout the production, including 'directing, producing, editing, running the show, obviously the lead singer'.
For the quarterback, seeing the singer balance those roles was an experience worth celebrating. 'It's a pretty impressive thing, and I was really happy to be a part of it,' he added.
While Stafford has spent years performing in front of enormous crowds himself, this particular visit gave his daughters a chance to observe a different kind of professional at work. 'I know my girls will never forget being there, seeing all that on set, which was cool,' Stafford said.

Stafford's appearance in 'Patient Zero' came as a surprise to viewers, with the quarterback joining a music video that also features Dakota Johnson, Colin Farrell, and Cara Delevingne.
In the music video, Stafford appears alongside Kelly at a formal gathering, with former NHL player Jarret Stoll also spotted in the scene.
His participation wasn't simply a matter of accepting an unexpected invitation from a pop superstar. During his Let's Go! appearance, Stafford explained that his family's connection with Swift helped bring him into the project.
'It was kind of that connection that got me involved and some of my buddies,' he said, describing the shoot as 'a really cool experience'.
