Adriana Lima has been transformed into a version of her 16-year-old daughter, Valentina Lima Jarić, after the teenager gave the Brazilian supermodel a Gen Z makeover for a TikTok posted on 22 July. The 45-year-old former Victoria's Secret Angel swapped red-carpet glamour for distressed denim micro shorts, a fitted black tank top, sleek centre-parted hair and softly defined make-up.
Valentina recreated her own casual outfit on her mother, wearing a white tank with stonewashed cut-offs while dressing Lima in a matching silhouette with a darker top. The finished video shows Lima posing beside her daughter before turning the hallway into a runway and demonstrating the walk that helped make her one of fashion's most recognisable models.

'Okay, so I gave my mom a makeover to turn her into me', Valentina says at the beginning of the video. She then points out her own outfit and explains that she found Lima a lighter pair of distressed shorts and the same style of top in black. 'I already did her hair and makeup, so we're going to go see what she's going to look like', she adds.
For the reveal, Valentina stands directly in front of Lima before stepping aside to show the completed transformation. Lima's long brunette hair has been straightened and parted through the centre, while her make-up features luminous skin, sculpted cheeks and a natural lip. When Valentina asks what she thinks, Lima replies, 'I love', before referring to her daughter as her 'twin'.
The video ends with Valentina asking Lima to walk, shifting the makeover from a simple outfit comparison into a nod to her mother's runway career. Lima responds by striding towards the camera, placing one foot sharply in front of the other before turning at the end of the hallway. Valentina watches from behind as the clip cuts off after the impromptu catwalk.

The makeover follows another TikTok in which Valentina compared herself with her mother's famous appearance. 'When I think I look good, but my mom walks in', she wrote over a clip that showed Lima entering the frame. The posts have made their resemblance part of the story, but they also reverse a familiar fashion dynamic by putting the teenager in charge of styling an established supermodel.
Their latest video arrives three months after Lima, Valentina and her younger daughter, Sienna, worked together professionally for the first time. The trio appeared in Victoria's Secret's 'Modeled After Mom' Mother's Day campaign, wearing coordinated pyjamas and loungewear in images photographed by Zoey Grossman. Lima also shared the campaign on Instagram, calling it 'The best day on set with my girls'.
Lima later described the shoot as 'really magical' and said it was a day she believed neither she nor her daughters would forget. She also said she supported their ambitions, explaining that she would stand behind whichever careers made them happy. The campaign placed the girls inside the professional world that has shaped much of their mother's public life, while the TikTok makeover lets Valentina bring Lima into her own online fashion space.
A Gen Z Makeover Meets a Supermodel Legacy
Victoria's Secret says Lima began working with the brand in 1998 and walked her first show in 1999, later returning to its runway in October 2024. That history gives the closing walk an extra layer: the styling belongs to Valentina, but the performance is unmistakably Lima's. The result is less a complete reinvention than a mother-daughter style exchange, connecting Gen Z's low-rise denim and fitted basics with the runway confidence of a long-established fashion figure.
