Victoria's Secret has partnered with designer Amina Muaddi for its 2026 fashion show, featuring her distinctive heels on the runway. This collaboration combines Muaddi's signature silhouettes with Victoria's Secret's signature glamour.

The partnership debuted at the Los Angeles show on 18 October, featuring established designs, new-season styles, and custom-made shoes. This is the first collaboration between Muaddi's namesake label and Victoria's Secret. It follows two years in which Italian footwear label René Caovilla supplied shoes for the event in 2024 and 2025.

The selection includes signature designs from Muaddi's collections and her winter 2026 range, such as the Alexa Glass Slipper, Gigi Sandal, Mini Camelia Sling, and Alexa Sling. The Alexa Glass Slipper showcases Muaddi's transparent, glass-inspired footwear, while the Gigi Sandal represents her signature statement heels.

In addition to her existing designs, Muaddi created custom footwear for the show. These shoes featured Victoria's Secret's signature pink, along with black, white, and metallic silver-and-gold accents.

Models such as Imaan Hammam, Anok Yai, Joan Smalls, Paloma Elsesser, Adriana Lima, Gigi Hadid, and Alex Consani wore the footwear. This integrated Muaddi's designs into the show's overall presentation.

From Fashion to Footwear

Muaddi began her career in fashion publishing before transitioning to footwear design. The Jordanian-Romanian designer studied at the European Institute of Design in Milan and worked at publications such as Vogue Italia, L'Uomo Vogue, and GQ before training in shoemaking in Italy's Riviera del Brenta district, known for its footwear artisans.

In 2013, she co-founded the luxury shoe label Oscar Tiye with Irina Curutz. The brand became known for its Minnie Mouse-inspired heels featuring mouse-ear details.

Muaddi later moved to Paris, collaborated with French couturier Alexandre Vauthier, and launched her eponymous label in 2018. Her brand is known for sculptural shapes, crystal embellishments, and distinctive flared heels.

Explaining her vision for customers, Muaddi told British Vogue in 2020: 'I want to enhance their own confidence, beauty and femininity. I want them to feel ready to take on the world and overcome their fears.' This focus on how women feel in her shoes is central to her brand's development.

In an interview with Emirates Woman, Muaddi explained, 'I wanted my brand's DNA, the collection, the visuals, and the retailers to fully represent the person I had evolved into. It was important for me for everything to feel modern and to be authentic.'

Muaddi's designs have attracted a high-profile celebrity following, including Rihanna, Dua Lipa, Beyoncé, and members of the Kardashian family. She also collaborated with Rihanna's Fenty label and partnered with A$AP Rocky on a footwear collection in 2020.

A Changing Runway Partnership

Victoria's Secret has partnered with several footwear designers for its annual fashion show. Before René Caovilla's two-year partnership, the event featured designers such as Brian Atwood, Nicholas Kirkwood, and Sophia Webster. The 2026 show was held at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, Los Angeles, and featured performances by KATSEYE, Megan Moroney, Megan Thee Stallion, and Tate McRae.
