Hilary Duff has revealed she loves Botox and is 'obsessed' with microneedling and salmon sperm facials, even persuading her husband, Matthew Koma, to try the unusual treatment.
The 38-year-old actress and singer made the candid admission in an interview back in July, but her comments have resurfaced now, putting her unconventional beauty routine back in the spotlight.
'I do all the things. I love Botox. I'm obsessed with microneedling and salmon sperm [facials],' Duff said. The mother of four also revealed that she was so impressed by the salmon sperm treatment that she got Koma to try it.
'It [salmon sperm] works so well. I'm making my husband do it. He's obsessed. He loves it,' she said.

Duff's admission about Koma adds an unexpected element to her beauty confession, with the actress revealing that her husband has apparently become just as enthusiastic about the treatment.
The couple married in December 2019 and share three daughters, Banks, Mae and Townes. Duff also has a son, Luca, from her previous marriage to Mike Comrie.
The term 'salmon sperm facial' is commonly used in connection with skincare treatments involving PDRN, or polydeoxyribonucleotide, which can be derived from salmon DNA. Depending on the product and provider, treatments described this way can be offered alongside procedures such as microneedling.
However, Duff did not specify which product, clinic or method she uses. Her comments therefore reflect her personal experience and enthusiasm for the treatment, rather than establishing that she received a particular PDRN product or procedure.
Her latest comments also mark a direct acknowledgement of her use of Botox. In April 2025, Koma publicly defended Duff after an Instagram user speculated about whether she had undergone Botox. At the time, Duff had not publicly confirmed the treatment.
Duff has now addressed Botox herself, simply saying: 'I love Botox.'
Rather than keeping her beauty routine private, Duff has been open about the treatments she chooses, while also acknowledging that her approach to getting ready has changed significantly since becoming a mother.
Duff's Four Minute Beauty Routine
Despite her enthusiasm for professional beauty treatments, Duff says her everyday routine is considerably simpler than it used to be when she was younger.
The former Lizzie McGuire star said she no longer has hours to spend getting ready, with motherhood leaving her just a few minutes to prepare.
'I used to spend hours getting ready. We [moms] have four minutes to get ourselves together. My kids come first,' she said.
Duff added: 'I feel much better about myself when I use the few tried-and-true products that I know work.'
She also described herself as a 'huge water drinker', saying she adds powders to her drinks and tries to care for her skin 'from the inside out'.
Her comments offer a glimpse into the contrast between her pared-back everyday routine and the more specialised treatments she enjoys.
She made the remarks while discussing her role as ambassador and creative partner for Bath & Body Works' Fruit Fusion campaign, as she continues her Lucky Me tour.
Duff's beauty routine now combines a pared-back approach to everyday preparation with the cosmetic treatments she enjoys.
And judging by her comments, salmon sperm facials are no longer just part of her own skincare routine. She has apparently got Koma hooked, too.
