Jessie James Decker is ready to say goodbye to her 'VERY large' breast implants, revealing she has booked a date for surgery as she embraces what she calls her 'natural girl era'.

The country singer, 38, shared the decision with her followers while discussing her recent fitness journey, explaining that becoming stronger and more confident has changed the way she feels about her body.

'I've officially locked in the date and made the decision to take out my VERY large breast implants,' Decker said.

However, despite announcing the procedure, Decker admitted she is still unsure whether she will have the implants removed completely or replaced with smaller ones. After having large implants for years, she said she does not know exactly what her natural breast tissue will look like underneath.

From Bigger Implants to Her 'Strong Girl Era'

Decker's decision represents a significant change from the cosmetic choice she made after having children.

In 2021, the singer revealed that she had undergone breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children, explaining at the time that she wanted to restore the fuller appearance she had before motherhood. She was open about being pleased with the results.

But her feelings have since evolved.

Decker said her recent fitness journey through her JJD Fit Club programme has helped her feel more connected to her body. Rather than wanting to maintain a larger silhouette, she now feels that her implants no longer suit the woman she has become.

'I've been on such a fitness journey with y'all and my @jjdfitclub getting stronger and more confident than ever,' she wrote.

'This strong girl Era has really helped me feel more connected to my body and what feels right for me. I just don't feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore.'

The singer has also previously discussed wanting to downsize her implants. In 2024, she spoke about eventually opting for a smaller size, making her latest announcement the next step in a decision that has been developing for some time.

Her priority now is simplicity. Decker said she wants less maintenance in her life and is increasingly comfortable with a less enhanced appearance.

'Having Denver really kick-started this whole "less is more" chapter for me,' she explained. 'I want less maintenance in my life, and I'm embracing my natural girl era!'

Why Motherhood Has Changed Her Perspective

Motherhood is another major factor behind Decker's changing attitude towards cosmetic procedures.

The singer is a mother of four, and she said having her youngest daughter, Denver, has made her think more carefully about the beauty standards she wants to model for her children.

'Having a daughter has made me think about it even more. I never want her to feel like she has to do all this upkeep to feel beautiful,' Decker said.

That does not mean Decker has ruled out cosmetic surgery altogether. Instead, her latest decision appears to reflect a more personal shift in what she wants from her appearance.

For now, complete removal remains uncertain.

'Ultimately, I would love to explant altogether. But I know myself, and realistically I'm not sure I'm totally ready for that yet,' she admitted. 'I've had such large ones for so long I don't know what I have underneath it all.'

The singer has therefore left the door open to a smaller implant rather than going completely without one, meaning her upcoming procedure could mark either the end of her implant journey or simply the beginning of a much more understated chapter.

For Decker, the change is ultimately about feeling comfortable in her body rather than conforming to a particular ideal. After years of choosing a fuller look, she is now choosing strength, simplicity and a version of beauty that feels more natural to her.
