Kelly Osbourne returned to the catwalk for the first time in more than a decade, carrying a bat figurine in tribute to her late father, Ozzy Osbourne, during an OnlyFans-sponsored London Fashion Week show.
The 41-year-old television personality walked for designer Natasha Zinko on Friday, 18 September 2026, appearing in the spring 2027 collection, 'Pay Per View'. Her appearance combined a striking new hairstyle with imagery closely associated with the Black Sabbath frontman, who died in July 2025 at the age of 76.
The runway moment followed several occasions when Osbourne incorporated bat-inspired accessories into her outfits while publicly remembering her father.

Kelly Osbourne Carries Bat Figurine at London Fashion Week
Osbourne appeared at Zinko's show at Collins Music Hall in Islington, north London, wearing a black-and-white ensemble featuring a white halter-neck waistcoat, black bow tie, black skirt and stiletto heels.
She completed the look with a bat figurine dangling from a chain, referencing one of the most recognisable incidents in her father's career.
In 1982, Ozzy bit the head off a real bat during a concert in Des Moines, Iowa. The musician later explained that he believed the animal was a rubber or toy bat when it was thrown onto the stage. The incident became closely associated with his public image and was subsequently referenced in his merchandise.
Bat imagery remained a recognisable part of Ozzy's stage persona throughout his career. Kelly's decision to carry the figurine brought that imagery into a fashion setting more than a year after her father's death.
The show was sponsored by OnlyFans and formed part of Zinko's spring 2027 presentation, which explored themes of surveillance and authenticity. Other participants included Katie Price, The Sopranos actress Drea de Matteo and musician Lava La Rue.
Although the figurine's connection to Ozzy's career is clear, the reports reviewed do not quote Kelly explaining the precise meaning she intended for the accessory during the runway show.
Osbourne Debuts Black Bob for Her Runway Return
Alongside the bat tribute, Osbourne adopted a hairstyle reminiscent of her earlier years in the public eye.
Her short blonde hair was concealed beneath a jet-black bob wig with an angular fringe sweeping across one eye. The hairstyle recalled some of the asymmetrical cuts she wore during the early 2000s, when she frequently experimented with different hair colours and punk-inspired looks.

Osbourne's runway appearance followed an interview published earlier in September in which she discussed changes to her appearance after her father's death.
Osbourne attributed her weight loss to the grief she experienced following Ozzy's death. She said she had worn wigs during the previous year to conceal changes to her face and described becoming alarmed when she realised how much her appearance had changed.
'I wore a wig to cover my face, so you couldn't see how skinny my cheekbones really were,' she said. Osbourne also explained that her stylists had tried to find clothing that would not emphasise her weight loss.
Those comments reflect her account of her experience rather than an independently established medical explanation for the changes to her appearance. They also provide context for her previous use of wigs, although she did not publicly identify the London Fashion Week hairstyle as an attempt to conceal her appearance.
The black bob was presented as part of Zinko's runway styling. Osbourne has previously discussed the emotional impact of losing her father. She described the period following his death as the hardest year of her life. She explained that she was approaching grief one day at a time while adjusting to life without him.
Bat-Inspired Fashion: A Recurring Tribute to Ozzy Osbourne
The London Fashion Week appearance was not the first occasion on which Osbourne incorporated bat imagery into her clothing following her father's death.
In June 2026, she attended Royal Ascot wearing a bat-shaped fascinator. The accessory referenced Ozzy's stage persona while adapting the familiar symbol to the event's formal dress code.
She also wore bat-shaped sunglasses during a holiday in July 2026. The appearances illustrate how Osbourne has repeatedly incorporated imagery associated with her father's career into her personal style.
The London runway presentation offered another example, this time as part of a designer's collection. Unlike her previous accessories, the figurine was carried on a chain as she walked the catwalk.
However, Osbourne has not been quoted in the reports reviewed explaining why she selected the figurine for this particular appearance. Its connection to Ozzy rests on the established association between the musician and bat imagery, alongside her previous fashion tributes.

Her participation in the two events also placed her back in the fashion spotlight after a period in which much of her public commentary had centred on her father's death. For the Natasha Zinko presentation, the defining accessory was the bat figurine she carried down the runway.
