Leigh-Anne Pinnock made her first-ever London Fashion Week (LFW) catwalk appearance while pregnant, and she certainly did not make a quiet entrance. The Little Mix singer closed Di Petsa's Spring/Summer 2027 (SS27) show in a revealing white look that left her baby bump on full display before a dramatic milk-spraying moment took over the runway.
Surrounded by models in pink floral bodysuits, Pinnock walked out in a flowing, draped ensemble before streams of milky liquid sprayed from her bra. It was a striking finale for a show centred on motherhood, transformation and the body. After the show, Pinnock shared on social media how much the moment meant to her.

Pinnock walked for Greek designer Dimitra Petsa, whose SS27 collection was titled Holy Milk. The designer has become known for body-conscious, wet-look draping, and this collection took that aesthetic into maternal territory.
Motherhood, pregnancy and the imagery of breastfeeding were woven through the presentation, with models appearing in sheer, sculptural and draped pieces. Babies were also incorporated into the show, while floral prints and flowing silhouettes added to its dreamlike, almost ritualistic feel.
For the finale, Pinnock appeared in white with her pregnant belly exposed. The bra was fitted with a special effect that released liquid resembling breast milk, turning the catwalk into an unmistakably theatrical celebration of the maternal body.
Sharing photos and footage from the show on X, Pinnock wrote: 'My first ever fashion show and I did it pregnant.' She said Petsa had made her changing body the centre of the story, and not something to hide.

Her Motherhood Journey
The moment carries an especially personal meaning for Pinnock because motherhood is already a major part of her life away from the runway.
Pinnock and footballer Andre Gray welcomed twin daughters in August 2021. The couple married in Jamaica in June 2023, and announced in July of this year that they were expecting their third child.
The singer has generally kept her children away from the spotlight, including choosing not to publicly share their names or show their faces. That makes her decision to put her pregnant body at the centre of a major fashion event notable.
