Victoria Beckham is backing the development of daughter Harper Beckham's planned skincare business, with H7B Ltd's first accounts showing more than $3 million (£2.2 million) in liabilities before launch.

Harper Seven Beckham, more commonly known as H7B, was incorporated on 22 October 2024, with Victoria Beckham and Oliver Samuel Shipton listed as directors. Harper was 13 when the company was formed and turned 15 in July 2026.

The planned brand is being developed under the Harlo by Harper name. Public trademark filings cover cosmetics, skincare preparations and other beauty products, although a final product lineup has not been announced. Current reporting has placed a possible launch in the second half of 2027, after Harper completes her GCSEs, but no official launch date has been announced.

H7B Accounts Show Millions in Liabilities Before Launch

H7B's accounts for the period ending 31 December 2025, show $3.38 million owed to creditors and falling due within one year. They also list more than $2.8 million as amounts owed to H7B by group undertakings.

The figures describe the company's financial position and do not establish that Victoria personally invested or spent those amounts on the venture. H7B lists its business activity as brand creation.

Harlo by Harper has been reported as a venture separate from Victoria Beckham Beauty, which Victoria launched in 2019. Reports have suggested a range focused on younger skin, including products such as cleanser, toner, light moisturiser and lip balm, but the final range has not been publicly confirmed.

Harlo Follows Earlier HIKU BY HARPER Trademark Bid

The Harlo by Harper name follows an earlier effort to secure HIKU BY HARPER. H7B Limited filed the UK mark in October 2025, while the US application encountered an initial refusal from the US Patent and Trademark Office in April 2026 amid potential confusion with existing marks.

A US trademark application for HARLO BY HARPER was filed 3 June 2026 by Project Seven US, Inc. A subsequent Madrid Protocol filing designated the UK, where the UK Intellectual Property Office journal also lists HARLO BY HARPER under Project Seven US, Inc. The filings are applications and do not mean the marks have been registered or approved.

Harper's Interest in Beauty Predates the Brand Filings

Harper's interest in developing a brand was made public in October 2024, when Victoria shared a note from her daughter on Instagram during the New York launch of the 21:50 Rêverie fragrance. Harper wrote that she hoped to create a brand when she was older.

Victoria has also publicly discussed Harper's interest in skincare and her experience with acne, while Harper has appeared in beauty-related posts shared by her mother.

Companies House records list Victoria, rather than Harper, as the person with significant control over H7B. Harper is not listed as a director or controlling shareholder. Harlo is being developed as a venture separate from Victoria Beckham Beauty, with Harper involved in the brand's development.

The first H7B accounts therefore show millions of dollars in liabilities and intra-group amounts before Harper's planned skincare products have gone on sale, while trademark filings indicate work on the Harlo by Harper identity is continuing ahead of a future launch.
