'I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge, and bled from my ear and neck,' Sandoval alleges. 'The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.'
He adds in his statement that this wasn't an isolated moment. He claims there had been previous incidents of physical and verbal conflict during their relationship.
