Influencer and Kick streamer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, has spoken publicly after a chaotic fight outside a Miami nightclub went viral across social media over the weekend. Videos of the incident showed the content creator being pinned to the ground by two men believed to be security guards before police officers arrived.
The footage quickly fuelled rumours that Peters had been arrested. However, no law enforcement agency has confirmed an arrest, and public Miami-Dade records showed no criminal case linked to him immediately after the incident. Instead, available reports indicate he was briefly detained while officers responded to the disturbance.
How the Miami Nightclub Fight Started
The altercation reportedly began inside a Miami nightclub after another man allegedly grabbed Peters' hat. Videos shared online appear to show the pair arguing before the disagreement turned physical, with Peters pushing and striking the other man as bystanders attempted to separate them.

The confrontation later moved into the venue's car park, where several people became involved. Viral clips show two men, believed to be nightclub security guards, wrestling Peters to the ground and placing him in a headlock while friends tried to intervene.

Police officers arrived shortly afterwards and separated those involved. Another video showed Peters sitting inside the back of a police SUV, which led many viewers to believe he had been arrested, although officials have not confirmed that happened.
Clavicular Responds After Viral Videos Spread
Following the incident, Peters broke his silence on social media by thanking fellow streamer Drago, who was seen trying to pull the security guard away during the struggle. He wrote, 'Drago is my right-hand man, absolute legend. W Drago.'

Drago also questioned whether the security guards had the legal authority to restrain Peters before police officers arrived. Neither Peters nor his representatives have released a longer statement about the altercation.
As of publication, Miami police have not announced any charges connected to the fight, and there is no confirmed evidence that Peters was formally arrested or booked following the incident.
No Evidence of Lawsuit Linked to the Incident
Social media posts have claimed Peters is planning to sue the nightclub's security guards over the confrontation. However, no verified court filing or official statement currently supports those claims.
Peters is involved in other ongoing legal disputes unrelated to the nightclub altercation, including a civil case over a Miami nightclub investment and separate litigation filed earlier this year. Those matters are distinct from the events that unfolded outside the nightclub on 25 July.

For now, the viral videos have generated millions of views, but many of the claims circulating online remain unverified. Unless new information is released by police or court officials, the incident appears to have ended with a temporary detention rather than a confirmed arrest or lawsuit.
What Happens Next in the Investigation?
It remains unclear whether the incident will lead to further police action or any legal claims. Miami authorities have not announced criminal charges against Peters, and neither the nightclub nor the security guards have publicly commented on the altercation. Reports available at the time of publication only confirm that officers responded to the disturbance and briefly detained the streamer.
If investigators determine that any crimes were committed, additional information could be released in the coming days. Likewise, any civil lawsuit would become a matter of public record if it were officially filed.
The viral footage continues to spread across X, TikTok, and other social media platforms, where many users have debated whether the security guards used reasonable force.
Until officials release further details, much of the online discussion remains based on speculation rather than confirmed facts.
