North West has revealed another Halloween transformation, trading her recent character-inspired costumes for a gruesome look featuring bloody makeup and a dangling eyeball. The 13-year-old also added bright red tips to her signature blue hair.

She shared close-up photos and videos of the look on Instagram Stories, highlighting the elaborate effects alongside her latest hairstyle. Her costume included a bloody wound across one cheek with a prosthetic eyeball hanging beneath it, creating an unsettling effect. The makeup simulated a severe facial injury, drawing attention to the transformation's gruesome details.

Her hairstyle included bright, blood-red tips on her long, light-blue hair. She paired this colour combination with blunt bangs and pigtails, maintaining the distinctive blue style she has worn in recent months.

North completed the outfit with a black graphic T-shirt featuring white prints, layered over a black-and-white long-sleeved top.

Her Signature Light-Blue Hair

In early October, North paired her signature blue hair with similarly gruesome makeup at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles. For the look, she wore onyx lipstick and special-effects makeup around one eye to resemble a bloody wound.

She completed the look with a black leather jacket, pleated miniskirt, thigh-high socks, and trainers, while keeping her waist-length turquoise hair straight and centre-parted. However, her latest transformation gave this familiar hairstyle a new twist.

Her look featured heavy eyeliner, thick lashes and three drawn-on tear streaks beneath her eyes. She completed the outfit with a black leather jacket, pleated miniskirt and multi-buckle platform boots, keeping her long turquoise hair straight and centre-parted.

North Addresses 'Demonic' Style Criticism

North's Halloween transformations have drawn increased attention to her alternative fashion choices. These include her facial piercings, dark makeup and signature blue hair.

During an October TikTok livestream with her mother, North responded to criticism from those who described her appearance as 'demonic'. She said at the time, 'Stop saying I'm demonic. No, I'm not. Just because I like to dress this way,' and subsequently added, 'Don't judge a book by its cover'.

Kim Kardashian defended her daughter's style, noting that North has been interested in piercings since before kindergarten. She also responded to criticism of North's black grills and other fashion choices.

North further added, 'I don't know why you guys should put that with demonic because I don't get that,' to which Kardashian replied, 'I don't think people really get it, but do you care?'

In a September interview with Dazed, North similarly described fashion and beauty as important forms of self-expression. 'All I want is blue hair and piercings,' she said, calling them among her main interests. 'They just make you your full self. I really want to get my bridge pierced, but I'm not allowed.'

North's Previous Halloween Costumes

North's latest transformation follows several other Halloween looks she shared this month. On 30 October, she dressed as Edward Scissorhands, the fictional character Johnny Depp played in Tim Burton's 1990 film.

The costume included an all-black leather outfit, a corseted minidress, platform knee-high boots, and scissor-like hand attachments. She finished the look with pale makeup, a messy updo, and prosthetic facial scars.

Earlier in the month, North also dressed as Baddies star Natalie Nunn, wearing dark hair, a prominent chin prosthetic, and a necklace reading 'CEO Baddies'. Nunn subsequently returned the tribute by dressing as North, replicating her long blue pigtails, facial piercings, and accessories. The reality star captioned her Instagram video, 'Uno reverse'.
