Adult star Mia Khalifa has fuelled online speculation about Ethan and Hila Klein after posting a pointed message on X on 26 October that some users interpreted as a reference to Hila, days after Klein's wife publicly accused her husband of infidelity.
The former adult film star wrote on X: 'get that IDF cuck wife off my timeline'. Although Khalifa did not name either Klein, some social media users and entertainment outlets interpreted the reference to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) as a dig at Hila, who served in the military.
Khalifa has not confirmed whom she was referring to, so the connection to Hila remains speculative.
Hila Klein Accuses Ethan Klein of Infidelity
The social media reaction followed Hila's public accusation that Ethan had been having an affair for more than six months. She said she became concerned about his behaviour and received dismissive responses when she raised questions.
Hila said Ethan initially described the incident as a kiss, later characterised it as emotional cheating and eventually admitted to an affair lasting more than six months. Her account has not been independently verified.

Ethan announced on 22 October that the H3 Podcast would go on indefinite hiatus. After Hila shared her accusations, the H3 Podcast crew said it would no longer work with Ethan involved or profiting in any way. The crew said the show's future remained uncertain, leaving questions about whether the programme could continue in its existing format without the couple's involvement.
Ethan subsequently said he was working with Hila to remove his ownership and financial interests from their podcasts, Teddy Fresh, Teddy Glow and other joint ventures from which he could profit. He said the proposal was intended to allow supporters to continue backing Hila and the crew without financially benefiting him.
However, the arrangement would involve changes to several shared business interests, and it remains unclear when or how the proposed transfers will be finalised.
