A bizarre legal battle involving OnlyFans creator Lena the Plug and her husband, Adam22, has taken another unexpected turn after court papers showed Adam was officially served with divorce documents. Despite the latest filing, the couple insists they are not ending their marriage and claims an alleged stalker has been pretending to be Lena in court.
The case has gained fresh attention after Page Six reported that new court records showed proof of service was filed this week. Lena maintains that the divorce petition is fraudulent and says an unknown person has spent months trying to interfere with her family and marriage. The developments have also been reported by another publication, which confirmed Adam22 acknowledged being served with the paperwork.
Adam22 Reportedly Served With Divorce Papers
The latest update came after court documents obtained showed that a person claiming to be Lena Nersesian filed proof that Adam Nersesian was personally served with divorce papers at the couple's Studio City, California, home on 15 July.

Adam22 later confirmed that he had received the legal papers. He also said he hopes police or federal investigators will step in to examine what he believes is a serious case of fraud and impersonation.
Lena said in the report that nothing had changed about her position. She explained that the same case is moving forward, but now her husband has officially been served, adding that she believes the paperwork continues to come from what she described as a 'crazed fan'.
Lena Says a Stalker Is Behind the Court Filing
Lena has repeatedly denied filing for divorce. She claims someone has been using her identity to submit legal documents in an effort to end her marriage without her knowledge.
According to the original divorce petition filed on 1 June, the person using Lena's name requested primary legal and physical custody of the couple's five-year-old daughter, Parker. The filing also listed a 15 April separation date and estimated the family's financial assets, including more than £0.86 million ($1.15 million) in real estate holdings.
The documents also claimed the person filing had little access to the family's financial records and could only estimate their assets. Lena has insisted those statements were not written by her and are part of the alleged impersonation.
Couple Insists Their Marriage Is Still Strong
After news of the divorce filing first surfaced, Lena addressed the situation on Instagram Stories. She described it as a 'weird situation' caused by what she called a 'crazy psycho stalker fan'.
She said she had been receiving rejected legal paperwork in the mail for months before filing a police report in May. Lena also claimed the same individual previously contacted authorities, leading to wellness checks at the family's home after making false claims that Adam was abusing her.
Lena strongly rejected those allegations and told followers she still loves her husband. She added that although many people expect their relationship to fail, she believes their marriage remains solid.
Couple Continue Public Appearances Despite Legal Drama
Despite the unusual legal dispute, Lena and Adam have continued appearing together online. The pair have released new episodes of their Plug Talk podcast while Adam has continued producing content for his No Jumper podcast.
Their regular social media posts have also shown them together, reinforcing their claim that they have no plans to separate. Neither has indicated that divorce discussions are taking place privately.
Lena and Adam began dating in 2016 before welcoming daughter Parker in November 2020. The couple married in Italy in May 2023 and continue to say they remain committed to one another as authorities are urged to investigate the alleged impersonation.
