Model and actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore a long-sleeved Gucci gown with a high neckline to the LACMA Art+Film Gala on Saturday, 7 November 2026. The fitted design covered her shoulders and arms at the front but featured an open back, a high leg slit, and silver hardware at the rear.

The model attended the fundraising event at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, where guests gathered for the museum's 15th annual Art+Film Gala. Gucci was the presenting sponsor of the evening.

Huntington-Whiteley's gown combined a black exterior with dark-green sequinned detailing. She completed the outfit with diamond-and-emerald earrings, pointed black shoes, and a slicked-back ponytail, leaving the raised collar and jewellery visible.

Gucci Gown Features Sculptural Neckline

The dress had a close-fitting silhouette, wrist-length sleeves, and a floor-length hem. Its neckline extended upwards around the neck, while the back dropped low to expose much of the model's upper and lower back.

A silver metal accent joined the openings at the back and near the slit. Dark-green sequins added texture beneath the darker outer fabric. The look was photographed from the front, side, and rear as Huntington-Whiteley arrived at the museum.

Her accessories kept to the same colour palette. Green stones in her earrings complemented the sequinned finish, while the black shoes matched the gown. She wore her hair pulled away from her face and neck rather than loose over the back of the dress.

The gala was held at the museum's Wilshire Boulevard campus, a regular venue for the annual benefit. Huntington-Whiteley was among the guests photographed near Urban Light, Chris Burden's installation of restored street lamps outside the museum.

LACMA Honours Vija Celmins And Denis Villeneuve

The gala honoured artist Vija Celmins and filmmaker Denis Villeneuve. Celmins is recognised for detailed drawings and paintings of subjects including oceans, deserts, and night skies. Villeneuve is a Canadian writer and director well-known for his epic science fiction films, which include Dune, Arrival, and Blade Runner 2049. His next film, Dune Part Three, is set to arrive in theaters in December 2026.

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio and LACMA trustee Eva Chow returned as co-chairs. BLACKPINK singer Rosé performed at the gala, which brought together guests from film, fashion, music, and the visual arts.

The annual event raises funds for LACMA's film programme and wider museum work. Proceeds support exhibitions, acquisitions and educational initiatives, alongside the museum's efforts to connect cinema and the visual arts.

Other Red-Carpet Looks At The Gala

Gucci's sponsorship also extended to the red carpet, where several guests wore designs by the fashion house. The evening's guest list included actors, artists, musicians, and fashion figures attending in support of the museum.

Nicole Kidman attended in a Chanel dress with a layered tutu-style skirt, while Anya Taylor-Joy chose a vintage Pierre Cardin design with ruffles. Their outfits offered different silhouettes from Huntington-Whiteley's fitted Gucci gown.

Sienna Miller appeared in a silver asymmetric minidress, Salma Hayek wore red, and Viola Davis selected white sequins. The variety of looks included metallic finishes, structured shapes and more traditional evening gowns.
