New court documents have brought a bizarre and deeply disturbing set of allegations against Andrew Tate into the spotlight, including claims that extreme pornography involving a horse and an eel was found on a device linked to him. British authorities also allege that Tate possessed indecent images involving a minor, while his lawyer strongly disputes the evidence and says the device in question is no longer available.
The claims form part of the UK's wider criminal case and extradition efforts involving Tate and his brother Tristan. Tate has denied wrongdoing, while the Crown Prosecution Service has stressed that its charging decisions are not findings of guilt and that the allegations must ultimately be considered by a court.
The Device At Centre
The unusual details reportedly centre on electronic material that British authorities say was connected to Tate. Among the allegations are claims that the material included extreme pornography involving people having sex with live animals, specifically a horse and an eel.
The allegations have prompted a striking reaction online, with one Reddit commenter focusing almost entirely on the unexpected reference to an eel. Others expressed disgust at the allegations, but those social-media reactions are opinions rather than evidence of the conduct described in the court documents.
Tate's Lawyer Disputes Evidence
Tate's lawyer, Joseph McBride, has offered a very different account of the disputed material. He reportedly argues that authorities are connecting Tate to a device allegedly found in a property described as a 'flop house', while maintaining there is no proof Tate actually watched the videos.
McBride also reportedly said that one clip was a war video shared in an MMA fighters' group chat. He has further argued that British authorities no longer have the device, making the evidence surrounding it a central point of the defence's challenge.
Allegations Involving A Minor
The documents also contain separate allegations involving a girl prosecutors believe was 17 at the time of an alleged video. Authorities reportedly allege that Tate appeared on a bed with the girl, who was wearing lingerie and kissing his neck, while another adult woman was also present.
Prosecutors further allege that messages indicated Tate knew the girl was underage, including an alleged message referring to possible legal problems because of her age. These are allegations contained in the prosecution case and have not been established by a court.
A Much Bigger Case
The extreme pornography allegations are only part of the wider British case against Tate. The CPS announced in July that it had authorised seven further rape counts, three trafficking-related charges, three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 19 additional charges relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.
The CPS said the alleged offending took place between July 2010 and August 2017 and involved four additional alleged victims, bringing the total number of alleged victims in the British case to seven. It also confirmed that extradition proceedings were being pursued following the brothers' arrests in the United States.
Claims Against Tristan Tate
The newly filed material also reportedly contains allegations concerning Tristan Tate, adding another layer to the brothers' ongoing legal problems. One woman reportedly alleged that Tristan repeatedly choked her during sex until she passed out and made other serious allegations about sexual conduct.
The brothers' lawyer has rejected the wider accusations, describing the UK proceedings as politically motivated and insisting that both men have been wrongly portrayed. Tristan also denies wrongdoing, while the British prosecution process remains ongoing.
Extradition Fight Continues
The extraordinary allegations have emerged as Andrew and Tristan Tate continue fighting extradition from the United States to Britain. The CPS says the brothers were arrested by the US Marshals Service on 18 July 2026 after prosecutors sought their extradition in connection with the original and additional charges.
For now, the most striking details in the documents remain allegations rather than proven facts. The CPS itself states that deciding to prosecute does not amount to a finding of guilt or criminal conduct, with any finding of fact ultimately belonging to a court.
