A 2023 video of Angela White, formerly known as Blac Chyna, has resurfaced on Reddit on 2 November, where she opened up about one particularly messy chapter in the Kardashian-Jenner history. The clip comes from White's appearance on The Viall Files, where she spoke about the end of her engagement to Tyga. By her account, there were 3 people involved in that breakup, and one of them happened to be her friend's teenage sister.
That friend was Kim Kardashian; her younger sister was Kylie Jenner. Yet when the dust settled, White couldn't understand why so much of it landed on her. After all, hasn't victim blaming already lost its shelf life?

'Me and Kim, we were really good friends,' White recalled. 'I was on her show and all this stuff like that. We lived in the same community.'
Then things got very Kardashian, very quickly. White said Tyga began talking to Kylie while he and White were still engaged. 'She was like 16 or something,' she recalled. White and Tyga had been together for 3 years and share son King Cairo. She said she discovered what was happening 'the same way everybody else did, the internet.'
The internet wasn't the only clue for long. White claimed Tyga's friends eventually packed her belongings out of their shared home and loaded them into his G-Wagon. Still, White said the breakup itself wasn't the part she struggled to understand years later. It was what happened to her reputation afterwards.

White pointed back to her friendship with Kim and questioned how the situation had somehow left her holding the villain card. 'Her little sister, who she has no control over, started talking to my fiancé and then I get attacked,' White said. 'And it's like, how does that work?'
Kylie Jenner Was 14 When She First Met Tyga
Looking at the timeline, Kylie might have been 14 when she first met Tyga. The rapper performed at Kendall Jenner's 16th birthday party in 2011. He was 21. It's worth noting that that meeting did not mark the beginning of a confirmed relationship, and White herself placed the 'talking' period later, when she remembered Kylie being around 16.
Romance rumours followed in 2014. Tyga denied dating Kylie in early 2015, and the pair later went public after she turned 18. They ultimately split in 2017.
Now that White's interview has escaped the 2023 archives, Reddit is taking another look at where the responsibility belonged. Some users understood White's frustration over becoming the target while her engagement collapsed. Others had one problem with the way she told the story: Kylie was the teenager.
'Tyga started talking to Kim's little sister,' one commenter wrote, turning White's wording around. Another pointed out that even if a high-schooler contacted an adult, 'it was HIS responsibility to not respond.'
Tyga has supplied some eyebrow-raising context of his own over the years. During a 2017 appearance on The Breakfast Club, he said he 'knew she had a lot of potential' and believed he had been put in a position to help her. That quote has certainly not aged well.
He also addressed the issue regarding his romantic relationship with Jenner in the 2015 song 'Stimulated,' where he rapped on the chorus, 'They say she young, I should've waited/She a big girl, dog when she stimulated.'
Then Rob Kardashian Slid Into Chyna's DMs
Because apparently one Kardashian-Jenner plot twist was not enough: after Tyga and Kylie came Rob Kardashian, who contacted White through her DMs. Given everything that had already happened, she admitted she initially wondered what fresh chaos had just entered her inbox.
'What are y'all trying to do to me now?' White remembered thinking.
It turned out Rob genuinely liked her. The two fell in love, got engaged, and welcomed daughter Dream Kardashian before eventually going their separate ways.
By the time White appeared on The Viall Files in 2023, she said everyone was in 'a great place.' She was also ready to tell her version of events after years of keeping much of it to herself.
'I never used to talk about these things,' White said. 'I think I'm kind of done with that and people need to hear my side.'
Nearly 3 years later, people are still arguing over whether Angela or Kylie deserved the blame. Tyga, the adult man making his own choices in the middle of all this, somehow keeps getting lost in the equation.
