Former Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval has made serious allegations against his former girlfriend, model Victoria Lee Robinson, claiming he endured months of physical and emotional abuse during their relationship. The claims have gained renewed attention after one of Sandoval's closest bandmates publicly backed his account, alleging he personally witnessed multiple incidents of violence while the pair were touring together.
The allegations come amid an ongoing legal dispute, with Sandoval having secured a restraining order against Robinson following an alleged domestic incident. Robinson, meanwhile, has denied the allegations and maintains that Sandoval's version of events is inaccurate.
Bandmate Describes Alleged Abuse on Tour
Jason Bader, manager and drummer for Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, spoke publicly about the relationship, describing what he called a pattern of abusive behaviour that unfolded over two years on tour.
According to Bader, Robinson allegedly punched, kicked and spat at Sandoval on several occasions. He claimed the incidents occurred both backstage and on the band's tour bus, often leaving those around them shocked by what they had witnessed.
Bader described Robinson as controlling and manipulative, alleging that Sandoval frequently found himself isolated from friends, family and even his own bandmates. He also claimed that arguments between the couple regularly disrupted life on tour, with the rest of the band hearing heated confrontations while attempting to rest before performances.
Claims She Wanted the 'Ariana Treatment'
Among the most striking allegations made by Bader was his claim that Robinson repeatedly threatened to 'ruin' Sandoval's life.
According to the drummer, Robinson allegedly expressed a desire to receive the same public sympathy and career boost that Sandoval's former partner, Ariana Madix, experienced following the highly publicised cheating scandal that ended their long-term relationship.
Bader claimed he heard Robinson tell Sandoval that she intended to 'ruin' him and receive the 'Ariana treatment'—a reference to the surge in public support and professional opportunities Madix enjoyed after their split.
Those remarks have become one of the most widely discussed aspects of the case, although Robinson has not publicly responded to that specific allegation.
Legal Battle Escalates
The dispute escalated after an incident on 3 June at the former couple's Los Angeles home.
Sandoval later filed for a domestic violence restraining order, alleging Robinson repeatedly struck him during the altercation, causing injuries to his head, neck and ear. Court documents reportedly included photographs that Sandoval says showed the injuries he sustained.
The reality television personality also sought and obtained a restraining order against Robinson's father, alleging he became involved during the confrontation.
Robinson was later arrested following the incident before being released on bond.
She subsequently filed her own request for a temporary restraining order against Sandoval, alleging abuse on his part. However, the request was denied by a judge.
Robinson Denies Allegations
Robinson's legal representatives have strongly disputed Sandoval's account of events.
In a statement, her lawyers said she has been unfairly portrayed as the aggressor and argued that her version of events differs significantly from the allegations contained in Sandoval's court filings. They also noted that no criminal charges have been filed against Robinson.
The legal dispute remains ongoing, and many of the allegations made by both sides have yet to be tested in court.
Band Says Relationship Affected Everyone
Bader also claimed the relationship had a significant impact beyond Sandoval's personal life.
He alleged that tensions between the couple nearly caused him to leave the band on several occasions and said members of the group encouraged Sandoval not to bring Robinson on future tours because of repeated confrontations.
According to Bader, Robinson allegedly attempted to control aspects of the band's activities, including access to social media accounts, while discouraging Sandoval from spending time with fellow musicians after performances.
Looking back, Bader said he regrets not contacting police sooner, believing intervention might have ended what he described as a toxic relationship much earlier.
Sandoval Looking Ahead
Despite the highly publicised legal battle, Bader believes Sandoval has now moved on and has no intention of reconciling with Robinson. He said the restraining order marked the end of what he characterised as a deeply unhealthy relationship.
Sandoval has reportedly confirmed Bader's account of events, while Robinson has continued to deny the allegations through her legal team.
As legal proceedings continue, the case has drawn widespread attention not only because of Sandoval's reality television fame but also for highlighting allegations of domestic abuse involving a male victim. With both parties maintaining sharply different accounts of what occurred, the dispute remains unresolved and will likely continue to attract public interest as further legal developments emerge.
