Khloé Kardashian has opened up about the chance of having a third child using frozen embryos she created with her ex-partner, Tristan Thompson. During the episode of The Kardashians on Thursday, 15 October, the reality star spoke to her mother, Kris Jenner, about her wish to grow her family and her doubts about becoming a mother again.

Kardashian, 42, shares daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 4, with Thompson. While she would love to give True a sister, she is also thinking about the time and care another baby would need.

Khloé's Third Baby Plans

During the episode, Kardashian told Jenner that True had become focused on the idea of having a sister after learning about the frozen embryos. True even picked the name 'Tyla' for a possible younger sibling. Kardashian said she liked the name and would consider using it if she decided to have another child.

The reality star also spoke about her own wish to have another daughter. She explained that she values the bond between sisters and feels sad when she thinks about True growing up without one. However, she has not confirmed that she will go ahead with the plan.

Kardashian also shared doubts about whether she has the energy to raise another baby. She said she is getting older and knows that caring for a new child would bring more demands. For now, she is weighing her wish for another daughter against the work and changes that come with raising three children.

Why Tristan Is Involved

Kardashian and Thompson created frozen embryos during their past relationship. She explained to Jenner that Thompson signed legal papers giving her the right to use them after their split. Kardashian said she would not need to tell him if she chose to move forward.

'I own the embryo outright. Don't even need to tell Tristan,' Kardashian said during the episode. She also explained that the legal steps had been completed when their relationship ended. Her comments show that she believes the choice about using the embryos is hers.

The former couple's family plans have remained a topic of discussion since their split. They continue to share parenting duties for True and Tatum, despite no longer being together. Kardashian's latest comments show that she is thinking carefully about how another child could affect her family.

Her Family Comes First

Kardashian also explained why she would be careful about having children with a future husband. She worries that her older children could feel less important if they had to live with new siblings whose father was also part of the household. She wants to protect the home life she has built with True and Tatum.

Her concerns come after a difficult relationship with Thompson, which included several cheating scandals. The pair ended their romantic relationship in 2019 but have continued raising their children together. Those past experiences appear to play a role in how Kardashian thinks about future relationships and family life.

Even so, Kardashian has not ruled out having another child. She has spoken about how much she loves the bond between sisters and would like True to experience it. Still, she knows that the decision must work for her whole family, not just fulfil a wish.

A Decision Still Ahead

Kardashian has not announced a final decision about using one of her frozen embryos. Although she has a name in mind for a possible third child, she remains unsure whether she can manage the demands of raising another baby. Her comments show that she is taking time to think about what would be best for her family.

For now, her focus remains on True and Tatum and the life they share. The idea of another daughter appeals to her, but she is also aware that a new baby would bring major changes. Whether she chooses to expand her family remains an open question.
