However, the photo dates back to the 2025 Oscars, when Miley arrived with one particularly noticeable beauty change: significantly lighter eyebrows. She debuted the bleached-brow look at the ceremony alongside softly waved hair, smoky makeup, and now, plenty of plastic surgery gossip.

Miley's appearance prompted brutal reactions from Reddit users, many of whom argued she looked older than her age in the photo. The discussion soon turned to cosmetic procedures, with Redditors theorising that Miley may have undergone everything from eyelid surgery and buccal fat removal to fillers and Botox. As it seems, numerous Redditors didn't shy away from implying she had her entire face rearranged.

The picture was taken at the 97th Academy Awards on 2 March 2025, where the 'Flowers' singer walked the red carpet with bleached brows. She paired them with voluminous waves, smoky eye makeup, and a black gothic-inspired Alexander McQueen gown.
Miley apparently liked the eyebrow experiment enough to keep it around longer.
