North West, 13, wore an exaggerated prosthetic chin to dress as Baddies star Natalie Nunn for Halloween, only for the reality TV personality to respond by dressing as North. The daughter of Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West unveiled her look on TikTok on Wednesday, 21 October, with Nunn sharing her own transformation on Instagram the following day.
North recreated Nunn's black bob, dramatic eyelashes and sparkling 'CEO Baddies' necklace. Nunn, 41, returned the favour with electric-blue pigtails, long black nails and punk-inspired clothing associated with the teenager.
Nunn captioned her video 'Uno reverse', while North reacted with 'omg' in the comments. Kardashian had already dressed as her daughter earlier that week, making North the inspiration behind two separate Halloween costumes.
Why Did North West Wear a Prosthetic Chin?
North shared multiple TikToks showing off her Natalie Nunn costume, including a side-by-side comparison with the reality star. Her outfit also featured a black Zeus Network vest, a pleated mini skirt, sheer socks and black-and-white trainers. She labelled one post '1st Halloween costume' and recreated a pose from an image of Nunn holding a Baddies chain.

The prosthetic took centre stage in a reveal set to Lil Uzi Vert's 2023 song 'Endless Fashion'. North lip-synced to Nicki Minaj's verse, which names Nunn and makes a joke about her chin, before revealing her finished look.
Nunn appeared on Bad Girls Club in 2009 and later became an executive producer of the Zeus Network's Baddies franchise. Responding to Minaj's 2023 lyric, Nunn said, 'This chin has been making noise for years, and I love it here.' North's take on her appearance drew mixed reactions, with some social media users questioning whether the prominent prosthetic mocked Nunn's facial features. Others defended it as an impersonation, while Nunn publicly embraced the costume by reposting North's video and offering her a Baddies chain.
Natalie Nunn Returns the Halloween Favour
Nunn initially reposted North's video on Instagram and promised the teenager a necklace associated with Baddies. 'I GOTTA GET @northwest her baddie chain now!' she wrote, adding, 'SHE GETS A BADDIE CHAIN HAPPY HALLOWEEN MONTH !!' North had worn a replica of the distinctive 'CEO Baddies' necklace in her original costume.
On Thursday, 22 October, Nunn shared a video beginning with herself in a black bob, dark top and sparkling chain. She lay down on a bed before a transition revealed her dressed as North, with bright blue pigtails, layered graphic clothing, a spiked choker, bracelets and long black nails. The soundtrack was North's song 'Piercing on My Hand', which Nunn lip-synced to while recreating the teenager's hand-over-mouth pose. In another clip, Nunn said she had swapped her usual French-tip manicure for black nails to complete the look.
The video ended with Nunn laughing at her transformation. North replied 'omg' under the Instagram post, while Kardashian commented 'Too good!!!!!!' with a blue heart emoji.
Kim Kardashian Joined the Costume Exchange
Kardashian had posted her own North West costume on Tuesday, 20 October, before her daughter revealed the Natalie Nunn look. The Kardashians star wore a turquoise wig, chunky jewellery, long decorated nails and layered clothing inspired by North's alternative style. She copied the teenager's hand-over-mouth pose in photographs captioned 'Halloween 2026'.
That created a three-part costume exchange: Kardashian dressed as North, North dressed as Nunn, and Nunn then dressed as North. All three were shared before Halloween on Saturday, 31 October, with Nunn's reply directly addressing the prosthetic-chin costume.
