Paris Hilton has faced criticism over her family's 'Beauty and the Beast' Halloween costumes, with one commenter accusing her of stealing the spotlight from her two kids and calling it 'next level narcissistic'.
For this year's Halloween, the multi-hyphenate shared photographs of herself, her husband Carter Reum together with their children dressed as characters from Disney's animated classic. While some fans praised the coordinated outfits, others questioned why Hilton took the role of Belle while her children only portrayed supporting characters.

For critics, Hilton's choice to play Belle raised questions about whether the kids should have taken centrestage in the family photographs. It must be noted that none of the comments explicitly point that Paris Hilton intended to take attention away from her children.
