Starbucks is bringing Snoopy into its autumn lineup, and the latest collaboration with Peanuts is already giving fans another reason to keep an eye on the coffee chain's seasonal merchandise.
The limited-edition collection launched on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at participating Starbucks locations, inspired by the classic Peanuts Halloween special It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The collaboration coincides with the 60th anniversary of the animated special, which first aired in 1966.
At the centre of the collection is the Snoopy Glass Cold Cup, which has quickly attracted attention as the latest character-themed Starbucks drinkware release. The cup features Snoopy wearing a pumpkin-coloured hat and seasonal green scarf, while a Woodstock figure sits on top as the straw topper.
In the United States, Starbucks lists the Snoopy Glass Cold Cup at $39.95, with purchases limited to two cups per customer. The collection is offered while supplies last, making availability dependent on individual participating stores.
Childhood Nostalgia
Christine Grennan, who helped lead Starbucks' collaboration with Peanuts, took inspiration from the passion of some of the brand's most devoted fans. She recalled growing up with a best friend whose mother, Linda, was such a huge Peanuts enthusiast that the family dogs were named Lucy and Charlie. That childhood memory influenced Grennan's approach to creating the collection.
'I channeled my inner Linda. I wanted to do right by the fans and make sure that it all feels really true to the characters and what they love about Peanuts,' Grennan said.
The enduring popularity of Peanuts has allowed the characters to connect with audiences across generations. The Starbucks collection arrives as It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown celebrates its 60th anniversary. The beloved 30-minute animated special first aired in October 1966 and has since become a fixture of the autumn season.
'Connection is huge across the Peanuts brand, it just invokes such a sense of nostalgia,' Grennan said. 'And I think the same is true with Pumpkin Spice Latte, remembering that first sip of PSL with friends. All of those feelings are very naturally intertwined with Peanuts.'
Snoopy Takes Centre Stage
The new range includes 10 collectable items that combine Starbucks' autumn themes with familiar Peanuts characters.
Alongside the Snoopy glass cup, shoppers can find a stainless-steel cold cup featuring Lucy and Snoopy, a Great Pumpkin tumbler, a 24-ounce cold cup and a 14-ounce ceramic mug featuring the Peanuts gang.
There is also a 16-ounce stainless-steel tumbler decorated with dancing Snoopy and a Woodstock charm. For fans looking beyond drinkware, the collection includes a Snoopy plush, bag charm, mini tote and enamel pin set.
Starbucks says the collection was designed to bring together two recognisable autumn traditions: the return of its Pumpkin Spice Latte and the annual nostalgia surrounding It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
A Global Autumn Collection
The collaboration is not limited to the United States. Starbucks says the Peanuts collection is launching across participating markets in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, although individual products can vary by market.
For customers in Asia Pacific, Starbucks has specifically confirmed availability in markets including the Philippines, Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Products remain subject to availability.
That means fans worldwide can also look out for the collection at participating Starbucks stores, although the exact stock available may differ between locations.
Why Snoopy Fits Starbucks' Autumn Drop
The collaboration draws directly from the story of Linus waiting in the pumpkin patch for the Great Pumpkin, creating a clear connection with the anticipation around Starbucks' autumn releases.
Starbucks describes the range as a way of combining the warmth and nostalgia of Peanuts with seasonal coffee traditions. The company has also highlighted the continuing popularity of Snoopy and the wider Peanuts characters across generations.
With its pumpkin-coloured hat, green scarf and Woodstock straw topper, the Snoopy Glass Cold Cup is arguably the most distinctive piece in the new range.
And while the Bearista collection has become a familiar Starbucks merchandise phenomenon, Snoopy is now stepping into the seasonal spotlight, bringing a distinctly nostalgic twist to the coffee chain's autumn cup craze.
